We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In order to receive a replacement, the defective or damaged item must be photographed and submitted to info@myglamorousaccessories.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the same item is still in stock it will be replaced, if not it will be replaced with an item of equal value.
